Battle of the Brands Chef Competition Dinner

The Land Ocean Folsom culinary team is taking on Sienna El Dorado Hills in a special Battle of the Brands chef competition dinner. Executive Chef Linda Flores and Sous Chef Leo Chavez will face Sienna Executive Chef Megan Hawkins and Sous Chef Lorenzo Flores, with each team creating original dishes featuring the same ingredients.

Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, three competition courses with wine pairings, and the opportunity to help judge the dishes throughout the evening.
